  I like Panera in general. This location was different than I'm used to. It was nice, but the wait for my Chai Tea Latte was a little long. Other than that, it was alright.

  The manager at this location is clearly running of the company's reputation. I have been to the Main St. location in Williamsville four times in the last two months. The place was filthy every time. Food and garbage on the floor, less than clean dishes, more dirty tables than clean, and disgusting fingerprints on the tablets as you walk in. I have taken my business to another location.

  Beautifully situated in Williamsville. Come early on Saturday, it's a popular day, however the service is really fast.
