  This is normally my favorite chinese place, but I had such a lousy experience that I will almost certainly never order from here again unless a manager can make it right. I placed an order for delivery at 4:50 through Eat24. There was an estimated 45 min delivery time that got bumped up to a delivery time of 5:07. At 5:37 I checked on the status through Eat24 and it had a "confirmed" delivery status at 5:07. I called King Express and they said the delivery guy was heading out the door. I live about 5 mins away, but the delivery didn't come until 5:55. Kings Express is normally really good and really fast so I could have forgiven the wait, I could have given the guy answering the phones the benefit of the doubt for what seems like an obvious lie about the delivery, but the food that came was awful. Their food is normally pretty good, but the General Tsos was a rubbery mess, the egg roll was also rubbery and tasteless. I called to request that they send another General Tsos made correctly, but since the manager was out, the guy answering the phone wasn't willing to do anything that would constitute a minimum level of decent customer service. He took my name and number for the manager to call. We'll see what comes of that.
